Livia is a German-Persian artist and model born in Berlin whose work moves between painting, installation and contemporary visual culture. Her work is exploring beauty ideals, hierarchies and the images that shape how we see each other. Modelling matters to her because she wants to help open up the industry to make space for more diverse bodies and real characters. Her art and modelling constantly inform each other, especially in how they question dominant aesthetics. Livia has a long background in dance and loves working with the body. She trains every day and is obsessed with the history of sports and how body ideals shift over time. When she’s not working, she enjoys movement, nature, and reading about politics and philosophy.
